Community Manager

📋 Description

• Manage community financial performance: budget, expense management, and net operating income
• Manage collections: accurate billing, on-time rent, and legal notices executed in compliance with
• Drive occupancy and leasing: rentals, renewals, and approval of incoming residents in the resident
• Lead a small on-site team: hiring, developing, and leading day-to-day
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships across landscaping, maintenance, and home rehabs
• Oversee curb appeal, amenities, safety standards, and capital projects delivered on time and on

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Physically able to walk the community daily and occasionally lift materials and supplies
• On-site role
• Track record of commitment - a sustained run with one employer, or something you built and stayed
