  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 4+ years in customer service, customer success, account management, education, or operations
  • Experience working directly with customers, students, families, or clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and reside there
