Community Manager (Social Media)

📋 Description

• Monitor, moderate, and respond to comments and DMs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Foster a warm, premium brand experience through thoughtful community interactions.
• Partner with Customer Experience for timely, seamless responses.
• Identify opportunities to surprise and delight the community.
• Monitor brand mentions and creator content to surface trends and feedback.
• Exercise judgment on when to engage, escalate, or leave conversations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in community management, social media, or related roles.
• Exceptional written communication with a strong brand voice.
• Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and organization for customer interactions.
• Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and internet culture.
• Comfortable filming/editing short-form video with iPhone and CapCut.
• Experience with founder-led or celebrity brands (Preferred).
