📋 Description

• Represent the program in your county at schools, events and community groups.
• Lead outreach events, info sessions, tabling, and fairs.
• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, youth programs, and local businesses.
• Guide applicants through early enrollment steps and requirements.
• Hybrid position with fieldwork, online work, and remote time.
• Support monthly enrollment and arrival outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a 2-year degree required (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Experience in outreach, youth engagement, sales, customer service, recruiting, or similar fields.
• Strong comfort with online systems, digital communication, and data entry.
• Ability to work independently with strong follow-through and time management.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within your assigned county.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.
