🎯 Requirements

Minimum 2-year degree required (Bachelor's preferred)
Experience in community outreach, youth engagement, sales, customer service, recruiting or similar
Strong comfort with online systems, digital communication, and data entry
Ability to work independently with strong follow-through and time management
Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within assigned county
Ability to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism
