📋 Description

• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, youth programs, and community groups.
• Lead outreach events, presentations, info sessions, tabling, and fairs.
• Maintain monthly outreach schedule and meet activity targets.
• Promote opportunities to underserved and underrepresented groups.
• Qualify leads and determine eligibility (age, income, education).
• Guide applicants through enrollment steps; document and track progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-year degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in outreach, youth engagement, sales, customer service, or recruiting.
• Comfortable with online systems, digital communications, and data entry.
• Able to work independently with strong follow-through and time management.
• Valid driver's license; travel daily within assigned county.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.
