Community Outreach & Enrollment Specialist (Houston Area)

📋 Description

• Build and maintain ongoing partnerships with schools, youth programs, community centers, social
• Participate in, and often lead, outreach events, presentations, info sessions, tabling, festivals
• Maintain a consistent monthly outreach schedule and meet required activity levels.
• Promote opportunities to underserved and underrepresented groups in your area.
• Introduce the program to young adults and help them determine if they meet basic eligibility
• Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy when collecting personal information.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a 2-year degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Experience in community outreach, youth engagement, sales, customer service, recruiting, or similar
• Strong comfort with online systems, digital communication, and data entry.
• Ability to work independently with strong follow-through and time management.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within assigned county.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism at all times.
