📋 Description

• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, youth programs, community centers, social service
• Participate in and lead outreach events, presentations, info sessions, tabling, festivals
• Maintain consistent monthly outreach schedule and meet activity levels
• Promote opportunities to underserved groups
• Introduce program to young adults, assess eligibility
• Enter and maintain lead data in tracking systems

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-year degree required (Bachelor's preferred)
• Experience in community outreach, youth engagement, sales, customer service, recruiting or similar
• Comfortable with online systems, digital communication, data entry
• Able to work independently with strong follow-up and time management
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned county
• Ability to handle sensitive/private information
