Community Support Staff

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in employment
• Meet clients at home and in the community to build trust
• Conduct career assessments focused on strengths and interests
• Help develop resumes, practice interviews, and identify leads
• Support onboarding and training with new employers
• Hybrid role with in-person and remote work up to two days per week

🎯 Requirements

• Must meet requirements of a Designated Coordinator
• HS diploma or GED plus 4 years direct care experience
• Associate degree in human services, education, or related field plus 2 years direct care
• Bachelor's degree in human services, education, or related field plus 1 year
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Must be at least 18 years old

🎁 Benefits

• Fixed starting rate: $19.50/hr
• Hours: Monday–Friday 8a–4p
