Community Support Staff

📋 Description

• Meeting clients in their homes and community to build trust and connection
• Conducting career assessments that focus on individual strengths, skills, and interests
• Helping develop or revise resumes, practice interviews, and identify job leads
• Supporting onboarding and training with new employers
• Providing ongoing coaching to promote job retention and personal growth
• Attending team meetings, writing progress reports, and maintaining clear communication

🎯 Requirements

• Must meet requirements of a Designated Coordinator
• High school diploma or GED plus at least 4 years of experience providing direct care or support to
• Associate degree in human services, education, or a related field plus at least 2 years of
• Bachelor’s degree in human services, education, or a related field plus at least 1 year of
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Must be at least 18 years of age
