Community Support Staff

📋 Description

• Meet clients in their homes and community to build trust and connection
• Conduct career assessments focusing on individual strengths, skills, and interests
• Help develop or revise resumes, practice interviews, and identify job leads
• Support onboarding and training with new employers
• Provide ongoing coaching to promote job retention and personal growth
• Attend team meetings, write progress reports, and maintain clear communication

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least 4 years of experience providing direct care or support to
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, or lift
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with internal and external team
