Companion / Direct Support Professional (DSP)

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one support in homes and communities for individuals with IDD.
• Assist daily living tasks: dressing, grooming, meals, personal care.
• Escort clients to appointments, errands, and community outings.
• Encourage participation in hobbies and social activities.
• Help clients stay active, connected, and engaged in their communities.
• Starting at $18/hour; flexible PRN shifts; short commutes within 30 minutes of home.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with IDD.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities.
• Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area.
