Company Manager – Blue Man Group North American Tour

📋 Description

• Lead the full touring company including direct supervision of the Production Manager and Production
• Serve as the primary HR representative on the road — overseeing hiring, onboarding, performance
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture that supports morale, collaboration, and professional growth
• Ensure adherence to all employment agreements, company policies, and touring protocols
• Conduct regular company meetings and act as the primary point of contact for all personnel matters
• Manage the movement of the company — coordinating travel, air and ground transportation, freight

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in performing arts management, touring
• Minimum 5-7 years in live entertainment or touring company management
• Demonstrated expertise in HR, logistics, and financial administration
• Proven success managing multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced touring environments
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
