Compensation Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with HR Business Partners to support compensation, including offers and pay decisions
• Provide guidance to HR and leaders on compensation inquiries and scenarios
• Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations using salary surveys
• Analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
• Support annual compensation processes including merit planning, bonuses, and equity cycles
• Audit and validate compensation data across systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
• 2–5+ years in compensation, HR analytics, or consulting
• Self-starter who can work independently, take initiative, and navigate ambiguity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Advanced Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF/THEN
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce) and salary surveys
