🎯 Requirements

  • Proficiency in at least one major compensation survey (Radford/Aon, Mercer, WTW, or similar)
  • 3-5+ years of compensation experience in market pricing and benchmarking
  • Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data modeling
  • Solid understanding of job architecture, pay structures, and FLSA
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, project-based environment
  • CCP certification or HR certification preferred
