  • 3+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or related analytics.
  • Strong understanding of base comp: structures, pricing, leveling, equity.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for large datasets and modeling.
  • Familiarity with at least one survey method (Radford/Aon, Mercer, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Clear communicator who explains comp decisions to non-specialists.
