Compensation Analyst II (Programs & Partnerships)

📋 Description

• Lead the end to end project management of the mid-year and annual compensation cycles in close
• Leverage existing tools and sources (such as Sigma Dashboards, the Radford Global Compensation
• Partner with the Compensation Programs & Partnerships team to provide ongoing partnership
• Partner with the Senior Incentive Compensation Manager to provide operational support for the
• Engage in ongoing processes and special projects to refine and uphold Compensation's programmatic
• Serve as subject matter expert, alongside other compensation team partners, to provide education

• 5+ years of experience in compensation with the ability to demonstrate an understanding of core
