Compensation and Benefits Analyst

📋 Description

• Optimize benefits administration processes, audit enrollments, invoice reconciliation, and
• Support benefits processes and policies, including open enrollment and benefit offerings for
• Identify and build automation for recurring benefits operations, including eligibility checks
• Support compensation modeling, market pricing, salary range development, offer analysis, and pay
• Support key compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, equity refresh, promotions, and off-cycle
• Build reports and analyses that help identify pay trends, internal equity considerations, market

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or
• 2+ years of compensation and benefits experience in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
• Strong numerical reasoning and analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets usage
• Experience supporting compensation work such as market pricing, salary ranges, offers, merit
• Experience supporting benefits administration, employee inquiries, open enrollment, participation
• High attention to detail, strong judgment, and discretion when working with confidential employee

• Base pay range between $99,220 and $149,330
