📋 Description

• Own and evolve Cognite’s global compensation philosophy.
• Architect scalable frameworks across base salary, bonus, equity, and LTIs.
• Evolve structures for geographies, ensuring market competitiveness and compliance.
• Drive performance differentiation via design linked to frameworks.
• Monitor market trends and pay transparency regulations; adjust accordingly.
• Ensure governance frameworks are robust, auditable, and scalable globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in Compensation/Total Rewards with global scope and leadership.
• International compensation practices incl executive pay, equity, and board reporting.
• SaaS/tech experience with advisory exposure to C-suite or Board.
• Experience designing global compensation frameworks and compliance.
• 3-4 days hybrid in Tempe, AZ; willing to travel.
• Benchmarking platforms such as Pave, Radford, or similar experience.
