📋 Description

• Global owner of Cognite’s compensation philosophy and strategy.
• Lead governance and operational execution of compensation programs across geographies.
• Partner with CHRO, CFO, and senior leadership to align rewards with business goals.
• Own end-to-end execution of annual review cycles, incentives, and equity planning.
• Collaborate with Finance, HRBP, and regional teams to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Provide strategic and data-driven insights to support board-level decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or related disciplines with
• Expertise in international compensation practices, executive pay, and incentive design.
• Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS environments with advisory exposure at C-suite/Board
• Track record designing and governing frameworks across multiple geographies with pay transparency
• Ability to design scalable compensation architectures and governance that are auditable and
• Strong financial acumen, modeling, and data-driven decision skills; comfortable partnering with
