🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in Compensation/Total Rewards with global scope.
• Expertise in international comp, exec pay, equity pools, board reporting.
• Experience in high-growth tech or SaaS with C-suite advisory exposure.
• Experience designing multi-geography compensation frameworks and compliance.
