📋 Description

• Global owner of Cognite’s compensation philosophy & strategy
• Operate governance for compensation across geographies and markets
• Partner with CHRO & CFO and VP, People Ops & Rewards
• Lead development of frameworks for base pay, bonus, equity, and incentives
• Oversee equity, incentives, and alignment with performance frameworks
• Drive pay transparency and regulatory compliance globally

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in Compensation/Total Rewards with global scope
• Expertise in international compensation practices, executive pay, and equity pools
• Experience in high-growth tech/SaaS environments with C-suite/Board advisory exposure
• Proven ability to design cross-geography compensation frameworks and ensure compliance
