Collaborate with global NiCE Centers of Excellence to design and implement comprehensive
Design, implement and communicate all Compensation and Benefits programs within the region
Analyze market trends and benchmark data to ensure competitive and attractive compensation and
Lead the design, communication, and administration of benefits programs
Collaborate with external vendors to manage benefit plans and ensure compliance with regulatory
Lead international pension programs, including governance, benchmarking, vendor management

B.A in Financial Management (Economics / Accounting)
7+ years of C&B experience in a global software company
C&B experience in regional Compensation and Benefits management, leading country-specific
Experience in design, implementation and communication of C&B programs
Experience in educating, mentoring and training business leaders and HR professionals on C&B
Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and procedures
