Compensation & Benefits Manager, Israel, EMEA & APAC

📋 Description

• Collaborate with global NiCE Centers of Excellence to design and implement comprehensive
• Design, implement and communicate all Compensation and Benefits programs within the region
• Analyze market trends and benchmark data to ensure competitive and attractive compensation and
• Lead the design, communication, and administration of benefits programs
• Collaborate with external vendors to manage benefit plans and ensure compliance with regulatory
• Lead international pension programs, including governance, benchmarking, vendor management

🎯 Requirements

• B.A in Financial Management (Economics / Accounting)
• 7+ years of C&B experience in a global software company
• C&B experience in regional Compensation and Benefits management, leading country-specific
• Experience in design, implementation and communication of C&B programs
• Experience in educating, mentoring and training business leaders and HR professionals on C&B
• Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and procedures
