• Budget 2027: Own the finalization and consolidation of the 2027 C&B budget, including benefits
• NAO: Lead the preparation of the NAO process for France: equity and gender pay gap data
• EOY Compensation Review: Drive the global End-of-Year compensation review process end-to-end
• Salary Bands & Job Architecture: Update and maintain salary bands and the grading system across

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits, in an international environment
• Proven experience owning an End-of-Year compensation review cycle end-to-end
• Experience preparing and running NAO processes in a French context
• Strong expertise in job architecture, salary band design, and market benchmarking (Mercer, AON
• Comfortable joining a live, ongoing cycle with minimal ramp-up time
• Full professional proficiency in English and French
