Compensation Business Partner

📋 Description

• Build and evolve compensation programs and practices that support Applied Intuition’s continued
• Serve as a trusted compensation advisor to business leaders and cross-functional partners on
• Lead compensation benchmarking and market analysis, translating data and insights into clear
• Support the design and execution of compensation programs, including compensation reviews, job
• Develop scalable approaches and processes that can evolve with changing business priorities and
• Balance strategic program design with hands-on execution, bringing structure and clarity to complex

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive compensation experience, with deep expertise in cash and equity
• Experience designing and evolving compensation programs, including compensation benchmarking, job
• Experience supporting compensation programs across multiple functions, geographies, or employee
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate complex data and market
• Proven ability to independently lead complex initiatives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
