📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Compensation Business Partner for EMEA and APAC
• Advise on compensation decisions including new hires, promotions, and internal mobility
• Partner with Recruiting on offers and market competitiveness
• Help evolve international compensation strategy including geographic differentiation, market
• Research emerging compensation practices and talent trends in the AI market
• Conduct market analyses using compensation survey data

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in compensation
• Experience supporting international compensation across EMEA and/or APAC
• Experience at a US-headquartered company with global compensation program adaptation
• Meaningful equity compensation experience
• Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environment
• Strong knowledge of compensation fundamentals (market benchmarking, salary structures, job
