Compensation Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead compensation programs including benchmarking, planning, offers, and budgets.
• Advise HR, BP and Talent Acquisition on base, variable, sales, and equity pay.
• Partner with Finance to design incentives and governance of pay programs.
• Analyze internal/external trends, pay legislation, market intelligence.
• Provide consultation and guidance to executives on pay strategy and transparency.
• Operate with autonomy to manage compensation programs per guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or equivalent; proven track record in compensation.
• Experience crafting and owning base, variable, sales and equity programs.
• Deep analytical skills to turn data into structured insights.
• Forward-thinking with end-to-end business perspective.
• Ability to influence and communicate with executive audiences.
• Build consultative partnerships; advised across regions (EMEA/APAC).
