Compensation Consultant

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary compensation partner for assigned business units, guiding decisions on offers
• Lead end-to-end benchmarking, scoping, total rewards recommendations, and annual VP comp review
• Conduct routine compensation health audits, ESPP program modeling/analysis, additional equity
• Lead the quarterly organizational scorecard process.
• Drive the compensation education roadmap, developing training materials and intranet resources in
• Support annual compensation planning efforts for assigned organizations and lead Rubrik-wide

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in broad-based compensation (market analysis, VP/exec comp, equity, and consulting), with
• BA/BS degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced proficiency in data modeling and presentation tools (Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint
• Extensive experience with Google Workspace preferred.
• Exceptional analytical ability, high attention to detail, and strong communication skills to drive
