Compensation Intelligence Lead

📋 Description

• Architect and build tooling unifying Rippling, Greenhouse, Pave, and Radford.
• Design and deploy automated benchmarking and comp structure with real-time data.
• Build and maintain AI-powered workflows that automate compensation tasks and surface insights.
• Support annual compensation review cycle: data modeling, admin, and manager-facing deliverables.
• Own the monthly equity grant approval motion, coordinating with Finance and Legal.
• Collaborate with Talent to scope/build agentic offer evaluation tool with real-time recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building with AI tools—prompting, scripting, or workflows.
• Experience in compensation, total rewards, or people analytics.
• Strong Python/SQL data tooling and scripting skills.
• Experience with large datasets; translate findings for non-technical partners.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (Rippling, Greenhouse, Pave, Radford).
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new processes.
