Compensation Lead

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end administration of semiannual compensation processes

• Lead annual compensation studies and benchmarking to evaluate market position

• Conduct ad hoc compensation analyses across incentives and equity programs

• Own pay reporting for Affirm's geographies

• Assist with compensation training and communications

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compensation or people analytics

• Experience with compensation management systems (Pave preferred)

• Strong data analytics mindset; turn data into insights with Excel/Sheets, Sigma Computing, Claude

• Attention to detail; independent and collaborative

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear communication

• Leads with judgment and integrity; handle confidential information
