📋 Description

  • Manage end-to-end administration of semiannual compensation processes
  • Lead annual compensation studies and market benchmarking
  • Run ad hoc compensation analyses (incentives, equity, pay equity)
  • Own pay reporting for Affirm’s geographies
  • Assist with compensation training and communications

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in compensation or people analytics
  • Experience with compensation management systems; preference for Pave
  • Strong data analytics using Excel/Sheets, Sigma Computing, Claude Code
  • Attention to detail; independent and collaborative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; distill concepts for all levels
  • Regulatory knowledge; maintain compliance of all plans
