Compensation Lead (Mexico City)

📋 Description

• Lead market pricing and benchmarking (surveys, codes, leveling)
• Support compensation aspects of international expansion
• Own core compensation programs (annual cycle)
• Drive job architecture, reporting, and data integrations
• Update compensation content across internal platforms
• Partner with HRBPs, TA, and People Ops to address questions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in compensation with analytics, benchmarking, and cycles
• Strong analytics/data viz skills (Google Sheets, Looker, Hex, Tableau, PowerBI)
• Working knowledge of LLM tools (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity)
• Familiarity with base pay, bonus, equity, and incentive plans
• Experience scaling compensation solutions; building MVPs (0→1)
• Cross-functional experience with legal, finance, HRBPs, and TA
