Compensation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead annual comp band reviews; benchmark with Radford/Pave.
• Own Radford survey submission and data analysis.
• Manage comp planning cycles end-to-end; bonuses/merit; Pave/Workday.
• Partner with Recruiting/PBPs for offers; advise on comp.
• Support global expansion with compliant compensation structures.
• Collaborate with HRIS to migrate comp data into Workday.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in compensation or total rewards; ideally at a high-growth startup.
• Strong analytical skills; Excel/Sheets data modeling; actionable insights.
• Experience with Radford/Pave compensation survey data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; influence senior leaders.
• Global compensation experience; EOR such as Remote or Deel is a plus.
• Familiarity with Pave and/or Workday.
