Compensation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead annual compensation cycles: planning tool setup, data analysis, and communications.
• Analyze salary ranges to ensure competitiveness and suggest updates.
• Design equity compensation and stock option administration, including monthly grants.
• Manage job evaluation, job family creation, and salary benchmarking.
• Collaborate on sales incentive plan design and administration.
• Partner with People Partners and Talent on compensation processes and education.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of compensation principles: salary, equity, and incentives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Solid understanding of compliance, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Experience building compensation and equity programs and policies, including incentive design.
• Strong communication across HR teams and management.
