Compensation Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Administer compensation plans, quotas, credits, adjustments, and payout processes.
• Design scalable processes for accurate and efficient compensation administration.
• Implement and maintain compensation policies across GTM teams.
• Manage field support triaging for compensation inquiries and cross-team communication.
• Execute recurring compensation payout cycles, reconciliations, and close processes.
• Execute compensation letter generation, distribution, tracking, and records management.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in compensation operations, sales operations, revenue operations, finance operations, or related roles.
• Deep experience administering variable compensation programs at scale.
• Strong experience with compensation systems and operational tooling.
• Experience executing payout cycles, quota workflows, plan administration, and governance.
• Demonstrated ability to build and improve scalable operational processes in high-growth environments.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills.
