📋 Description

• Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners on offer recommendations
• Provide compensation guidance below Director level
• Maintain MarketPay benchmarking tools and compensation ranges
• Build complex financial models and conduct deep data analysis
• Perform ongoing internal equity audits to identify pay disparities
• Program manage annual and mid-year compensation cycles

🎯 Requirements

• Experience partnering directly with Talent Acquisition on candidate offers
• Experience advising HR Business Partners on compensation matters
• Expert-level data analysis and quantitative modeling skills using Excel or Google Sheets
• Proven experience building compensation frameworks
• Direct involvement in managing end-to-end annual compensation planning cycles
• Experience supporting global compensation programs across multiple international tech hubs
