📋 Description

• Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners on offer recommendations and
• Maintain MarketPay benchmarking tools and compensation ranges to ensure external competitiveness
• Build complex financial models and conduct deep data analysis to support annual salary range
• Perform ongoing internal equity audits to identify and mitigate pay disparities across teams and
• Program manage annual and mid-year compensation cycles to deliver smooth, timely, and accurate
• Evaluate job descriptions and job profiles against industry benchmark data to align internal roles

🎯 Requirements

• Experience partnering directly with Talent Acquisition on candidate offers and advising HR Business
• Expert-level data analysis and quantitative modeling skills using Google Sheets or Excel, with
• Direct involvement in managing end-to-end annual compensation planning cycles within a tech or
• Experience supporting global compensation programs across multiple international tech hubs and
• Exceptional relational intelligence and diplomacy, enabling you to build trust and navigate
• A growth mindset with strong appetite for feedback, high attention to detail, and a 'leave it
