📋 Description

• Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners on offer recommendations and
• Maintain MarketPay benchmarking tools and compensation ranges to ensure external competitiveness
• Build complex financial models and conduct deep data analysis for salary range refreshes and ad-hoc
• Perform ongoing internal equity audits to identify and mitigate pay disparities
• Program manage annual and mid-year compensation cycles
• Evaluate job descriptions and job profiles against industry benchmark data

🎯 Requirements

• Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition on candidate offers and advising HR Business Partners
• Expert-level data analysis and quantitative modeling skills using Google Sheets or Excel
• Direct involvement in managing end-to-end annual compensation planning cycles
• Experience supporting global compensation programs across multiple international tech hubs
• Exceptional relational intelligence and diplomacy
