• 6+ years of experience in the technology industry, compensation, consulting, finance or a similarly
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive human resources and compensation experience with increasing
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including experience building analyses and automated models.
• Knowledge of industry trends and developments in compensation.
• Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.
