4+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or people operations
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) or compensation tools (e.g., Shareworks/Carta)
Familiarity with equity compensation programs
Familiarity with compensation data providers (e.g., Radford/Aon, Mercer)
Strong collaboration and program management skills
