Compensation Senior Analyst

📋 Description

• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze results to ensure market competitiveness.
• Support annual compensation cycles: merit, bonus, and equity processes.
• Aid in development of compensation program communications for management and employees.
• Collaborate with Compensation Partners, HR Managers, and Talent Acquisition on internal equity and offers.
• Review statutory requirements governing compensation to ensure compliance (SOX and beyond).
• Conduct job analysis and review position descriptions for FLSA classifications.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ compensation experience.
• Bachelor's in Business Admin, HR, or related field preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Advanced data analysis and SOX compliance.
• Exposure to SQL, Python, VBA, Tableau.
• Workday and HRIS configuration experience preferred.
