📋 Description

  • Support annual compensation processes (salary review, bonus, and long-term incentive programs)

🎯 Requirements

  • Master's degree in HR, Business Admin, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • 0–2 years in HR, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, Analytics, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills with large data sets
  • Excel skills with basic macro building for data/reports
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
