Competition Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Develop competition formats and balance strategies.
• Manage tournament execution plans (CEPs/Pre-Morts) to mitigate risks.
• Oversee team balancing in non-ELO/MMR environments.
• Lead testing and QA for events with vendors and custom builds.
• Manage prize payouts with internal accounting teams.
• Drive compliance by creating and submitting legal rulesets for each tournament.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in competition operations, esports, or sports management.
• 3+ years producing creator/streamer content.
• Deep understanding of min/maxing games to adjust formats.
• Analytical skills to balance teams across genres for streamer settings.
• Proven experience managing vendors and production timelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
