📋 Description

• Develop and optimize formats for Twitch Rivals events.
• Manage CEPs and Pre-Morts with vendors to reduce risk.
• Define and enforce team balancing rules without traditional ELO/MMR.
• Lead playtests and QA for event builds.
• Define prize distributions and verify payouts with accounting.
• Create and submit legal rulesets for tournaments.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in competition ops, esports, or sports management.
• 3+ years producing creator/streamer content.
• Deep understanding of min/maxing games and format tuning.
• Analytical skills to vet balance across genres for streamers.
• Project management with vendors and event timelines.
• Strong communication, documenting complex strategies.
