• Identify potential exposures and ensure claims are reserved appropriately, accurately, and in a

• Ensure thorough investigation of underlying facts and circumstances, engaging and managing
• Evaluate the selection and utilization of legal counsel and ensure litigation strategies are

🎯 Requirements

• Bring at least 5 years of experience handling or litigating commercial general liability claims.
• Demonstrate strong contractual analysis capabilities, including the ability to interpret insurance
• Possess advanced technical claims knowledge and a strong understanding of relevant legal principles
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain
• Be comfortable interacting professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrate the ability to influence and negotiate effectively while maintaining productive

🎁 Benefits
