Compliance & Accreditation Lead

📋 Description

• Own SEEK Pass compliance & accreditation roadmap aligned to growth
• Lead end-to-end compliance & accreditation projects; maintain ISO 27001/42001
• Establish scalable governance meeting obligations and stakeholder confidence
• Champion proactive risk, security and privacy across SEEK Pass
• Govern legal reviews; enable efficient trade-offs and decision rights
• Coordinate annual risk controls, security tests and fraud prevention
• Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
• Hands-on role; execute and strategise

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in compliance, risk, security, privacy or accreditation
• Strong project management with end-to-end delivery of complex programs
• Strategic thinker; comfortable with ambiguity and execution
• Collaborative communicator across levels; written and spoken
• Strong stakeholder management; influence cross-functional teams
• End-to-end ISO 27001 accreditation experience; APAC familiarity
• Start-up/scale-up or high-growth tech with agile development exposure
• Domain knowledge in identity verification or background checks
• Tertiary qualifications and/or people leadership experience
