Compliance Advisory Manager - Investments, Pensions & Financial Promotions

📋 Description

• Provide compliance advice across Wealth, Growth & MonzOS collectives in a 2LoD framework.
• Lead on regulatory matters: COBS, PROD, SDR, CASS and Consumer Duty.
• Review customer journeys and communications to ensure compliant, customer-focused outcomes.
• Advise Marketing and Financial Promotion teams on financial promotion rules and guidance.
• Oversee regulatory breaches and incidents; upskill team to proactively support more areas.
• Collaborate with a range of stakeholders to build a compliant-by-design product environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of FCA COBS and associated regulations in banking/fintech.
• Hands-on experience providing compliance advice in a financial services context.
• Experience in AI usage in day-to-day work is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and build cross-team relationships.
• Interested in continuous learning and expanding knowledge across collectives.
