📋 Description

• Ensure products and processes meet regulatory standards
• Collaborate on UDAAP program management, complaints, and audits
• Analyze complaints to identify patterns and drive improvements
• Maintain the UDAAP risk inventory and map touchpoints to consumer harm
• Review processes and test AI chatbot workflows for UDAAP risk
• Conduct state-by-state regulatory research (EWA, disclosures) and reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in compliance or related roles in financial services or fintech
• Strong analytical and critical thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building
• Self-starter with proactive problem-solving
