Compliance Analyst

📋 Description

• Own and maintain the enterprise-wide regulatory calendar, tracking all required state and federal
• Lead preparation and submission of Corporate Compliance-owned regulatory reports, including RxDC
• Monitor emerging state and federal healthcare legislation and sub-regulatory guidance (ACA, HIPAA
• Translate regulatory changes into clear, actionable summaries for senior leaders, and drive
• Serve as a go-to compliance subject matter expert, advising business partners on complex regulatory
• Represent Corporate Compliance in cross-functional working groups and product development, building

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry such as healthcare or finance, and
• Experience in compliance or related field
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate legal requirements into
• Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Proven ability to work independently and prioritize multiple competing demands
